By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on our site. Your continued use after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

Services

We provide AI event aggregation, community building, and connection services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Event listing and aggregation via Luma calendars
• Weekly newsletter with curated AI events
• Sponsor matching for AI events
• Expert judge and speaker connections for hackathons and competitions
• Event promotion and community engagement
• Connection services between organizers, sponsors, judges, and attendees

Details, dates, and other specifics about these services will be provided on our site or through other communication channels.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access our site
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information when submitting events, subscribing to newsletters, or requesting services
• Providing accurate contact information, including phone numbers if they choose to receive SMS notifications
• Understanding that by providing an email address, they consent to receive email messages related to events and services as detailed in our Privacy Policy
• Understanding that by providing a phone number and opting in, they consent to receive SMS messages related to events and services. Users can opt out at any time by texting STOP
• Notifying us of any changes to their contact information
• Complying with all applicable laws when using our services
• Treating the AI community with respect and professionalism

Event Submissions and Listings

When you submit an event to Bond AI:

• You grant us permission to publicly display your event information on our calendars and newsletters
• You confirm that you have the right to submit and promote the event
• You acknowledge that we may share your event details with sponsors, judges, and potential attendees
• You understand that event approval and featuring is at our sole discretion
• You agree that event information may be edited for clarity or formatting

Co-Hosted Events

Some events are listed as part of a co-hosting partnership with Bond AI. A co-hosted event is one in which Bond AI is added as a co-host in order to receive free distribution. Co-hosting is a mutual exchange. By submitting or running a co-hosted event, you agree to the following:

• What you receive. Free distribution of your event across the relevant Bond AI Luma calendars and inclusion in our newsletters.
• What Bond AI receives. In exchange, guests who attend your event become part of the Bond AI community. This means we may welcome them into our newsletter and into current and future Bond AI community programs and initiatives.
• Standing co-host access. Co-host access granted to Bond AI is a standing part of the partnership and is not tied to any single event date. It remains in place before, during, and after each event, so we retain the visibility and access the arrangement depends on. You agree not to remove, downgrade, or restrict Bond AI's co-host access, and not to remove Bond AI's attribution or source tagging from any event listing or registration.
• Your disclosure responsibility. It is the organizer's responsibility to disclose the Bond AI partnership on the event page. You agree to include a clear notice stating that the event is run in partnership with Bond AI, and that guest registration details, including email addresses, will be shared with Bond AI so attendees can stay informed about future events and join the Bond AI community.
• How Bond AI uses attendee information. Bond AI uses attendee information received through co-hosted events only for community, newsletter, and event-related purposes, and handles it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Material breach. Removing, downgrading, or restricting Bond AI's co-host access or attribution, or failing to provide the required attendee disclosure, is a material breach of these Terms. In that event, Bond AI may, at its sole discretion, remove the event and any prior listings from our calendars and newsletters, pause or end the partnership, and decline future distribution, without refund of any fees paid for affected listings.

These terms apply to co-hosted events in addition to the Event Submissions and Listings terms above.

You may satisfy the disclosure requirement with language substantially similar to the following on your event page:

This event is hosted in partnership with Bond AI. By registering, you understand that your registration details, including your name and email address, will be shared with Bond AI so you can stay informed about future AI events and become part of the Bond AI community. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sponsor and Judge Matching

When you request sponsor matching or judge connections:

• You acknowledge that connections are facilitated on a best-effort basis
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or matches
• You agree to engage professionally with any connections we provide
• Information you provide may be shared with relevant sponsors, judges, or partners
• You are responsible for your own agreements and relationships with sponsors and judges

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any connections or relationships facilitated through our platform
• Event listings, promotions, or any event-related services
• Sponsor or judge matching services

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
